GRANTS AVALABLE

Following another great event on Marsh Meadow last May, the organisers of Let’s Rock the Moor have again issued funds to be distributed to local charities and good causes. Organisations are invited to submit bids for funds to support their plans and ambitions for the next year. Bidders are reminded that priority will be given to causes which directly benefit people in the Cookhams, with particular focus on causes benefitting children and families and with primary consideration being given to specific projects, rather than for general funds. The bids will be considered by a committee of the Marsh Meadow Management Committee, the community based organisation which hosts the annual concert. Please submit your bids to the committee secretary, Alicia Wallis, at aliciawallis@copasfarms.co.uk, before the end of November.
