Photographic Exhibition

 by Cookham photographer Michael West

Until end of July 2008

at

COOKHAM LIBRARY

High Road

Michael says "My first exhibition in 2006 was predominately landscape, but  this Year there is a real mixture, from pictures of Cookham, for the locals to enjoy, to scenes from Madeira and Frigiliana in Spain.

There are four pictures of the Norfolk Broads, one of my favourite locations, and three from the new St Pancras station in London.

Whilst the majority of my work is digital I do confess to an affinity to Velvia slide film that is more difficult to work with, but the results can be very rewarding.

Black and white photographs also feature for the first time.

The exhibition is open until the end of July, opening times can be obtained by contacting the Cookham library on: 01628 526147

Reprints, with a mount, of the photographs on display are offered for sale @ £25 each.
