Health Information Evening

The Cookham Medical Centre's Patient Participation Group
will be holding a health information evening
on
Wednesday 3 October 2007 
at 7.30pm at the Pinder Hall, Cookham
The purpose is to provide information and promote discussion on the provision of mental health services. Several local organisations have been invited to come with advice and leaflets.
All patients are welcome and will be encouraged to participate in the discussion. Entry is free but donations will be welcome to cover the cost of the evening, including refreshments.
