A Simple Act to Give Someone Hope

at the Methodist Church Cookham Rise

Wednesday 5th December 2018

6.00pm - 9.00pm

Every year Amnesty International provides the opportunity to write to prisoners of conscience around the world to show that we are thinking about them and giving them hope.

It's a simple act which can make an enormous difference to people who are suffering for their beliefs, their gender, the colour of their skin. Please join us anytime between 6pm and 9pm on 5th December. It can be for as little as a few minutes. If you can bring some greetings cards (religious and non-religious) so much the better, but you don't have to, and we'll ask for a contribution towards postage.

Help us bring some hope to people suffering at this time of year. For more details contact Kathy Rickman on 01628 522797
