CARETAKER FOR THE PINDER HALL, COOKHAM
The
Pinder Hall in Lower Road, Cookham is looking for a new caretaker.
The
remuneration
includes accommodation of three bedroom Bank House, which is attached to
the Pinder Hall. Utilities need to be paid by the caretaker, but there is
no charge for the house itself. There is also a small salary.
Responsibilities
of the Caretaker - the caretaker is responsible for looking after the hall, including
bookings and liaising with users and keeping it clean, also working with
the committee and ensuring that the hall is kept in good condition.
The
person taking on the job needs to be personable and get on with the users,
have basic administration skills and computer knowledge for such things as
taking enquiries and logging bookings. Also have high standards of
cleanliness in ensuring that the hall is a pride to Cookham.
