 The
cottage has wonderful views over the surrounding vineyards and hills.
It has a private pool (9 x 4.5m) with
large terrace, pool house and sunbeds. There is a further terrace by
the house with barbecue and shady areas in the garden for outdoor
eating and relaxing. It is one of
two cottages – the second one, situated slightly to the rear of ours,
belongs to a French neighbour who helps look after the property.
The
cottage has full central heating and a log fire.

 Situated 1.5 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, an historic
town with extensive Roman remains, mediaeval Old Town, superb Provencal
market on Tuesdays and excellent restaurants, bars and cafes.
The area is well served with facilities
for riding, cycling, hiking and canoeing (in the Ardeche Gorges) and is
also a renowned wine area, with villages such as Gigondas and Cairanne
20 minutes drive away. 45 mins from
Avignon and 35 mins from Orange, the region is full of delightful
unspoiled villages and lovely Provencal countryside. Easy
access via the airports of Nimes, Marseilles and Montpellier or by rail
to Avignon.

house has a beamed living room with satellite TV (UK free sat and
French TV) and music centre, and a fully equipped kitchen with hob,
combi oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing
machine. 2 bedrooms (one with king
sized double bed, one with twin beds). Bathroom
with shower, 2 separate WCs. The
spacious pool house has a fridge, shower and WC and a large outside
covered area providing shade. Available
from March till October. Please
