The cottage amongst vineyards has a private pool (9 x 4.5m) with large terrace and loungers, with wonderful views. There is a further terrace by the house with barbecue, and shady areas in the garden for outdoor eating and relaxing.

For the colder months the cottage has full central heating and a splendid log fire.

Situated 1.5 Km from Vaison-la-Romaine, a historic town with extensive Roman remains, mediaeval Old Town, superb Provençal market on Tuesdays and excellent restaurants, bars, and cafés. The area is well served with facilities for riding, cycling, rambling and canoeing (in the Ardèche Gorges) and is also a renowned wine area, with villages such as Gigondas and Cairanne 20 minutes drive away. 40 minutes from Avignon and Orange, the region is full of delightful unspoiled villages and lovely Provençal countryside. Easy access via the airports of Nimes, Marseilles and Montpellier or by rail to Avignon.

The house has a beamed living room with satellite TV and music centre, and a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, combi oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. 3 bedrooms, two double, one twin.
