The Crown Re-Opens

After a four month refurbishment the Crown on the Moor opened its doors again to visitors.  The new Crown in addition to a revamped menu now also offers Bed and Breakfast. B&Bs are much sought after in the area and quite thin on the ground so it should be a popular venue for overnight stays.

The new bed and breakfast wing offers eight ensuite rooms.There is a full english breakfast and all rooms have bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, Freeview and Sky, with a 32 inch LCD TV and radio alarm. If you have young children a cot can also be made available..

The pub itself has also got a new look which includes a very tasty menu with lots of English favourites on it. There are some rather interesting items on the menu such as gin and tonic jelly with the beetroot cured salmon starter.
