Dean Fête-A Rural Affair

The
sun shone for the Cookham Dean Fête on
Saturday 14th September which was held on the on the Old Cricket Common at
Cookham Dean. The theme this year was the Ye Olde Country Fair and there were
some geese and ducks there to prove it.

of Stalls

Young and old enjoyed the delights that
the Cookham Dean fete had to offer this year.

Fete for All Ages

An unusual twist with sheep dogs herding
geese and ducks and ducklings! This proved a very popular event.

Golden Goose

There
was music offered by the Bisham Concert Band.

Sound of Music

There were umbrellas for sale but thankfully
were not needed the day of the Cookham Dean Fete
|

The church, The Cookham Society, the WI
Market and many charity stalls were all represented.

of Volunteers

| If it were not for the scouts delicious
Barbecue we would have starved! Although we could
have got a lettuce from the WI stall. |
