| Saturday 4th October saw the twelfth year of the popular Indian Dinner and Dance Curry evening organised by Mandy Brar on behalf of the Lib Dems held at the Pinder Hall in Cookham. It was another great evening with delicious curries and entertainment on the stage from traditional folk dancers, bhangra dancing and also a singer. Mandy Brar organised the event with help from local LibDems. | |||

| Tickets were sold out well ahead of the event so they may need a bigger hall next year! After a lovely dinner everyone was treated to Indian entertainment. The potential Lib Dem parliamentary candidate, Tony Hills, attended who people may have known when he was Headteacher at Furze Platt school. | |||
