This week on Thursday to Saturday 3-5 April, the Tarrystones tried something new. The aim was to decide which play the Tarrystones should put forward for this year's Maidenhead Drama Festival

'They did this by presenting three one-act plays and the audience were then able to choose the winner!'

The three plays are 'Green Favours' by Frank Vickery who wrote the Tarrystone's last production 'Loose Ends', 'Don't Mention the Dream' by Damian Trasler in which an amateur drama group try to choose their next play and the final one from Richard James, who is well known in Cookham as a playwright. His play is 'There's Something About Bernard'.
