It was themed around the World Cup and England's opening match against Paraguay. The sun shone brightly - it was one of those glorious summer days when England is at it's best!

 

The crowds were excited and all the kids came in England colours cheered on by the mascot  (is that World Cup Willie from 1966?).

 

Timmy Mallett opened proceedings and judged the school art contest - cleverly  set up in the beer tent to get more  customers!
