The annual Cookham Dean Noah's Ark pre-school sports day had a surprise visit when Timmy Mallett turned up to present the prizes.

"Is he the real Timmy Mallett?" asked one child, as the kids set about dancing to Timmy's hit songs.

Is Timmy Mallett Real?

"I have Timmy's album and the kids love it" explained Iris Elton, Noah's Ark head teacher.

"They dance around to Itsy Bitsy and Speedy Gonzales. They really love it when Timmy's Pinky Punky starts singing.

Itsy Bitsy, Teeny, Weeny

Youngster Niall was particularly excited. "He wants Timmy Mallett at his party, so to see him and hold the Mallet made his day" explained Iris.

"It made our day too!" said the parents!

Timmy arrived on the back of Curly Carver's tractor to the party on the Cricket Common, just in time to see the mum race won by an expectant mum! "I'll bring this one to Noah's Ark too, when born!" she exclaimed.

Timmy presented each of the children with a winners medal! and the occasion was rounded off with a lovely BBQ!

Hurray!!!!
