Flames licked up the walls of Pinder Hall from the bowels of Lower Road. Tables covered with black PVC, glowing red candles and decorations from Devine Florists of Cookham Village created a moody, dark atmosphere below while fluffy white clouds hovered and a Michaelangelo/Cistine Chapel-like projection created heaven above the partygoers heads.

Is it Heaven or is it Hell?

Over 130 guests enjoyed a devilishly good curry supplied by Malik's Restaurant and then danced their socks off to the band before enjoying a great disco.

The Village People

The costumes were fabulous - Cookham Chapter Hells Angels rubbed shoulders with the Devil (wearing Prada). Dracula chatted with Moses, angels shimmered on the dance floor and The Village People wowed the crowd with a well rehearsed routine of "YMCA".

Heaven's Above

All profits raised from the evening will be donated to childrens charities - Thames Valley Adventure Playground and the Kazi Mingi Foundation.

The organising team would like to thank everyone who contributed to the evening`s success.
