Brian and Jane Kitchener Say Goodbye
(13 July 2002)

Tuesday 9th July, Cookham Rise School staff and governors had the chance to say Goodbye to Brian and Jane Kitchener. Jane has taught at Cookham Rise Primary School for exactly fourteen years this week and was instrumental in setting up the new computer suite at the school. Brian has been the caretaker there for the last seven years. Brian is often seen during term time in his fluorescent jacket.

The Kitcheners are moving to north Scotland where Jane is hoping to continue with teaching. It is quite remote, but there is so much more space there.
