Local
bands raised the roof and some cash for Oxfam last Friday, 27 October
2006, at the Cookham Dean Village Hall. The acoustic evening featured
the talents of folk/rock duo Dandelion and Burdock, Sophie Henderson,
Stephen Long, Pat Hollingsworth and friends, and The Genghis Brothers. A
total of £556 was raised. The organisers would like to thank
everyone involved in making this event successful. See you next
year!
