Many Cookham residents are amazed and concerned about recent outline plans put forward for redeveloping the GKL Advertising offices in Lower Road. The plan is to have 11 two bedroom flats. There is an option to directly respond to the Planning Officer from this link. The developers are Whitehouse Homes of Ruscombe. The architect is Highway Developments who are alos involved with the three houses on the Maidenhead Road and San Remo on High Road.

Copy plans are held at the Cookham Parish Council Office on High Road as well. I am getting a set of copies later today and could scan them for posting on the site.
