Exhibition Diary: On Now
Gill exhibits original hand-printed photographs and she likes to explore early photographic processes such as gum dichromate printing or cyanotype. The photographs exhibited are inspired by various themes including the scenic beauty of the local area.

Gill will be demonstrating the gum dichromate method of making prints using gum, water colour pigments and potassium dichromate as discovered by Fox Talbot in 1853. This method was one of the earliest ways of preserving a permanent image from negatives.
