Crime: 15 February 2008

Last weekend looks as if it was very busy. There were very few burglaries, but criminal damage to cars seems to be on the increase. Can everyone keep a watchful eye out. Please phone anything through to the police on 0845 8 505 505

 

CRIME:

COOKHAM:

3/-9/2 High Road. Rear door forced - 3 plasma TV's, freeview box and jewellery stolen.

 

FURZE PLATT:

6 - 8/2 Kinghorn Park. Entry through smashed rear patio doors - 42'' plasma TV stolen.

 

BOYN HILL:

8/2 6.25 - 6.35 p.m. Entry through insecure rear door - unplugged the TV to remove it but were disturbed by the owners dog. Mobile phone and 2 handbags stolen.

11/2 a.m. job Riseley Road. Entry by unknown means - not known if anything was stolen.

 

ALTWOOD:

10 - 12/2 Highway Avenue. Entry through insecure top window - perfume and stereo stolen. A man was witnessed putting his arm through the window and reported to the police. Thankyou to that good citizen who took the trouble to phone the police.

 

CAR CRIME:

8-9/2 Theft from cars - Church Road - Cookham Dean, Havelock Road, Quarrywood Road - Bisham, North Star Lane, Holmanleaze, Boyn Hill Road, Colliers Close and Manor Lane.

8-9/2 Criminal Damage to cars - Switchback Road South, Barley Mead, Laggan Square, the Croft, Altwood Close X 4, Colliers Close, Wavell Road, Altwood Road, Allenby Road and Belmont Crescent.

10 - 11/2 Theft from cars - High Street & High Road - Cookham

11/2 Criminal Damage to cars: Courthouse Road and Ray Mill Road West.

12/2 Theft from cars: Grenfell Road, Larchfield Road and Cromwell Road

12/2 Criminal Damage to cars: Norreys Drive and College Avenue

13/2 Theft from cars: Thames Crescent and Cannon Lane.

13/2 Criminal Damage to cars: Bath Road, Windsor Road, Forlease Road and Prince Andrew Road.

14/2 Theft from cars: York Road.
