Crime: 10 March 2008

 

Lots of low level Anti Social Behaviour Crime about. Can we all report anything suspicious ? Those offenders have been in and about our or roads nearby.

 

CRIME:

RIVER AREA:

8/3 11.30 p.m. Moor Lane. Car rear window smashed and petrol poured in. It is believed a neighbour disturbed the offender before he could ignite it.

9/3 8.30 p.m. Windrush Way X 2. Car drivers window smashed & rear windscreen smashed.

9/3 Afternoon. Evenlode. Passenger window smashed.

9/3 00.30 - 2.30 a.m. Park Street - Passenger window smashed - Ipod and radio stolen.

8/3 - 9/3 Ray Park Avenue - rear number plate stolen.

8/3 morning. Woodhurst Road. Car spray painted.

6/3 - 7/3 Little Thameside. Offender stood on the bonnet and kicked in the windscreen.

 

BELMONT:

7/3 - 8/3 Cromwell Road. Graffiti.

1/3 - 7/3 Clivemont Road. Car stolen.

 

COX GREEN:

7/3 9.50 p.m. Wessex Way. X 3. Group of lads damaged wing mirrors.

 

BOYN HILL:

9/3 8 p.m. Boyn Valley Road. Hedge set on fire with an accelerant.

5/3 Daytime. Castle Mews. Rubbish thrown over garden wall.

5/3 - 8/3 Laburnham Road. Entry through forced rear window - Unknown if anything stolen.

 

COOKHAM DEAN:

9/3 2 a.m. Kings Lane. 4 lads seen to kick in a car windscreen.

8/3 a.m. Highway Road. Drivers car window smashed.

6/3 - 7/3 Grange Road. Offenders ran over car kicking in windscreen.

 

PINKNEYS GREEN:

8/3 - 9/3 Courthouse Road X 2. Egg thrown at rear windscreen of a car smashing it & Passenger window of a car smashed.

8/3 2.40 a.m. Highway Avenue. Attempted burglary - tool marks found on front door. No entry gained.

 

FURZE PLATT:

8/3 - 9/3 Bridle Road. Number plates stolen.

8/3 - 9/3 Furze Platt Road. Rear number plate stolen.

7/3 1 a.m. Whurley Way. Rear patio window smashed. It is believed the offenders were disturbed and immediately made off.

6/3 7 - 9 p.m. Mallow Park. Car door left unlocked. Credit cards stolen and used.

 

OLDFIELD:

6/3 - 7/3 Badgers Close. 4 wheels stolen from a Vauxhall Combi van.

 

HOLYPORT:

8/3 Afternoon. New Road. Entry through forced rear kitchen door. Untidy search and an unsuccessful attempt to remove flat screen TV from the wall.

7/3 3.45 - 4.30. Drift Road. Car left beside the road after an accident stolen.

6/3 - 7/3 Tennis Club, Holyport Street. Lead removed from the roof. Noticed, as there were slates lying around. Holyport seems to be suffering more than anywhere else. Is that because more buildings have lead there ? Is it slightly remote ? Any suggestions ? As it is a target for these offenders can everyone be especially alert.

 

BRAY:

7/3 Evening. High Street X 2. Rear car windscreen smashed X 2 laptop stolen from one car.
