A quiet weekend - it was cold and wet !

 

CRIME:

BISHAM, COOKHAM & HURLEY NEIGHBOURHOOD:

6/3 - 7/3 Pavilion Cottages, Shurlock Row. Concrete block thrown onto the boot of a car causing dents.

6/3 Afternoon. Bath Road. Littlewick Green. Car parked in hotel car park had its passenger window smashed - nothing stolen.

5/3 8.15 - 10.30 p.m. School Lane. Car passenger door lock forced - camera stolen.

7/3 11.30 p.m. Church Hill. White Waltham. Quad bike stolen from farm building - later recovered from the Fleet service area on the M3.

 

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:

6/3 10 p.m. Boyn Valley Road. Passer by noticed a car had its passenger window smashed.

7/3 - 8/3 Cumbria Close, Cox Green. Burglary through forced utility window - jewellery, cash & camera stolen. May I remind you not to have any valuable jewellery on display on your dressing table or in your bedside cabinets - the first place a thief will look. Items of value or sentimental pieces you never want to lose, should be hidden - where you will remember them. A thief is only going to be in your home for a few minutes, make sure you do not make it easy for them. Unfortunately, we rarely recover jewellery - if it has sentimental value that insurance won't replace, please take extra precautions.

 

RIVERSIDE, BELMONT:

7/3 2.30 a.m. Moor Lane, River area - car burnt out.

6/3 - 7/3 Camperdown. Burglary through forced rear patio window - jewellery stolen.

 

OLDFIELD BRAY:

23/2 - 8/3 Sherbourne Court, Ludlow Road, Oldfield. Shed break - shed has 3 padlocks, but thieves unscrewed the hinges and stole 2 bikes.

1/2- 6/3 Money Row Green, Holyport. Lawn roller stolen from a rear garden.

8/3 7.30 p.m. Chauntry Road. Owner heard a loud noise and went to investigate. They found the rear patio window had been smashed near the lock. A man was seen in the garden who said he had been visiting a friend at the end of the street and then walked away. He is described as late teens wearing a hooded top with Nike across the back. Did anyone see anything suspicious or someone similarly dressed in that area.

6/3 - 8/3 Brownfield Gardens. Burglary through rear living room window. The thief reached in through a small transom window which had been left open, opened a larger window and climbed in - mobile phone, laptop, perfume and green car polish.

 

PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT;

8/3 6 - 9 p.m. Queensway. Audi A4 stolen from outside a house with no signs of damage or broken glass.
