Crime: 23 June 2009

 

Two lads charged yesterday for burglaries in 2008. We never let go ! This is usually the result of forensic evidence that sits on file till a matching offender is caught. Never think time passes and crimes are forgotten.

 

CRIME:

BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY & THE WALTHAMS:

18/6 - 19/6 The Gables X 2, Binfield Road, Shurlock Row. Burglary through forced front door - nothing stolen. 2nd burglary was through forced side door - tools stolen.

21/6 8 - 10.45 p.m. Marlow Bridge Lane. Light blue BMW stolen. The keys had been left hidden, on top of the front wheel !

18/6 - 22/6 High Street. Attempt top break into a garage and outbuilding.

22/6 Early hours. Kings Lane. Garage break - golf clubs stolen.

22/6 11 p.m. Halfway Houses, Maidenhead Road. 3 lads seen to smash a car window and use a torch to look inside. The witness shouted and they got into a car and made off.

 

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & BOYN HILL:

20/6 - 21/6 Lillibrooke Crescent. Car drivers window smashed - CD player stolen.21/6 2.10 p.m. Cannon Lane car park. Rear windscreen smashed - handbag stolen from the boot.

22/6 Cannon Lane. Fork lift truck stolen from a building site.

20/6 4 p.m. Westborough Road. Car driver's window smashed - Sat Nav stolen.

21/6 - 22/6 Highfield Lane. White gloss paint poured all over a car.

22/6 daytime. Boyndon Road. Car door lock forced - SAT NAV, IPOD, Cd Player - there was a SAT NAV sucker mark left on the windscreen !

21/6 - 22/6 Lexington Avenue. Car drivers window smashed - SAT NAV stolen.

 

RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:

20/6 - 21/6 Blackamoor Lane. Car passenger window stolen - not known if anything stolen.

19/6 9.40 p.m. Ray Mill Road East. Burglary via forced front window - laptop stolen. A neighbour heard a car drive off at speed and the alarm sounding.

20/6 - 21/6 Ray Lea Close. Car broken into by unknown means - SAT NAV stolen.

20/6 7.10 p.m. Alexandra Road. Car breaking by unknown means - Camera, CD's and handbook stolen.

21/6 - 22/6 Ray Mill Road West. Car drivers window smashed and car searched.

21/6 - 22/6 Norfolk Road - Front bumper stolen from a BMW M3.

15/6 - 19/6 Bridge Avenue. Vacant building vandalised.

20/6 - 22/6 Cookham Road. Car window smashed.

21/6 - 22/6 Queen Street. Mercedes car badge stolen.

18/6 1.30 - 5.30 p.m. Ray Lodge Mews. Attempted burglary through forced front door - no entry gained.

18/6 - 19/6 St Lukes Road. Numberplates stolen.

20/6 - 21/6 Ray Lea Close. Car broken into by unknown means - SAT NAV stolen.

22/6 11 a.m. Kidwells Close. Lad was witnessed smashing the rear driver's side window - SAT NAV stolen. He is described as: White, thin, about 18, wearing black trousers.

 

OLDFIELD & BRAY:

18/6 10.30 P.M. Fifield Road. Fence set alight.

18/6 - 19/6 Overnight Springfiled park. Car door lock forced - 2 tennis rackets stolen.

19/6 3 a.m. Springfield Park. 2 lads disturbed trying to force open a car door - they immediately made off.

21/6 6.20 p.m. Windsor Road, Water Oakley. A stone thrown from a field smashed a car windscreen as it drove past.

20/6 3.30 - 5 a.m. Curls Road. Burglary via a window left open - handbag and laptop stolen.

19/6 - 20/6 Rixman Close. Car number plates stolen.

19/6 - 22/6 Stroud Farm Road - Caravan stolen.

18/6 Daytime. Windsor Road. Attempted burglary through forced rear patio doors - no entry gained.

19/6 7 p.m. Golf Course, Drift Road. A witness saw 2 men smash a car rear window, reach in and steal a laptop. One is described as white, wearing a black hoody with rags on his hands, the other, was white, wearing a grey top.

 

PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:

21/6 Garthlands. Car windscreen smashed.

20/6 morning. Halifax Road. Moped stolen from outside a house.

1/2 - 22/6 Avondale. Screws have been continually pushed into the side wall of a tyre 5 or 6 times.

 

INNER MAIDENHEAD:

19/6 7.30 - 9.45 p.m. Offender witnessed smashing a car passenger window - SAT NAV and CD's stolen.

 

Lots of bits and pieces of petty crime - BUT VERY FEW BURGLARIES.
