A lot of car crime below, a lot of it happened last week and has only now been reported. At this morning's briefing, plans were discussed to organise Hi Viz and increased police foot patrols in those areas affected. We had a distraction burglary over the weekend in Datchet - fortunately a man and a woman were arrested almost immediately, but we are beging to get to that time when traditionally they start.

BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS & LITTLEWICK GREEN:

7/3 10 a.m. - 8.30 p.m. Odney Lane. Club broken into and TV stolen.

6/3 - 7/3 The Street, Shurlock Row. Car entered by unknown means - ignition tampered with. Landrover Defender.6/3 - 7/3 Choseley Road, Knowl Hill. Burglary through forced side window - Laptop, jewellery and TV stolen.

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:

4/3 11.40 - 11.55 Welbeck Road. Wing mirror kicked off.

6/3 00.35 a.m. Boyn Valley Road, Builders yard broken into. Wooden planks stacked up ready to, but left behind. Were they disturbed ?

4/3 - 5/3 Stratford Gardens X 3. SAT NAV, ice scraper and map stolen from one, Cash from another, SAT NAV from the third.

RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:

4/3 - 5/3 Green Close. Car driver's door lock forced - Stereo stolen.

4/3 - 5/3 Moor Lane X 2. Car drivers door lock forced on both - CD player stolen from one, Loose change from the other.

5/3 - 6/3 Clivemont Road. All 4 wheels stolen from a BMW.

4/3 9.30 - 10 a.m. Ray Lea Road. White van index P 81 EDA stolen.

INNER MAIDENHEAD:

No crime to report.

OLDFIELD & BRAY:

5/3 - 6/3 Forest Green Road. Key stolen from on top of a tyre where it was taped !

4/3 Daytime. Larchfield Road. Attempted burglary by forcing front door - no entry gained.

7/3 1.37 a.m. Aysgarth Park. Incident at property - possibly an attempted burglary.

PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:

5/3 - 6/3 Switchback Road South - fence damaged.

6/3 - 7/3 Pearce Road. Car door lock forced - no entry gained.

5/3 - 6/3 Culham Drive. Car passenger window smashed - Bumbag and contents stolen.

4/3 - 6/3 Sunderland Road. VW Golf index R 227 PJH stolen from the road.

5/3 7.50. Hampden Road. Delivery driver left his car running with keys in while he made a delivery. Honda Accord stolen. Index R 223 ULL
