Crime: 27 April 2010

Lots of car crime I am afraid. It would be easier if it was more localised, but Furze Platt / Riverside, Belmont seem to be the latest target areas. As police high viz response patrols in affected areas increase, the crime will move around. It is therefore vital that you phone through anyone acting suspiciously around parked cars to the PEC on 0845 8 505 505. Trying car door handles seems very prevalent at the moment. We need details of the cars they have touched - make model, colour and index so that we can fingerprint them.
