Crime: 4 May 2010


Greetings after the extended weekend break - I hope it was enjoyed by all.

Crime was relatively low and sporadic over the weekend, with one Burglary in the Madienhead area, and 11 thefts from motor vehicles. We have found again that a large percentage of the cars targetted, had been left insecure; please lock your vehicles!!

BISHAM/COOKHAM/HURLEY:
Burglary in Walgrove Gardens, White Waltham. Offenders gained entry by forcing the rear door.
Quarrywood Road; 03/05/10, Offenders stole vehicle; Keys were left in the ignition.


BOYN HILL/ COX GREEN/ WOODLANDS PARK:
Vehicles in Cox Green Lane, Mercia Road and Repton Close had windows smashed. Loose change and a laptop stolen.
Lexington Avenue; vehicle was left insecure. Sunglasses, sat nav and cash stolen.
02/05/10 - Ockwells Road; vehicle was stolen.

MAIDENHEAD RIVERSIDE/BELMONT:
Powney Road, Wellington Road, Norfolk Road and College Avenue; mixture of vehicles being left insecure and door locks damaged. Handbag, Sat navs, stereo and cash was stolen.

MAIDENHEAD TOWN CENTRE:
Vehicle was stolen from Holmanleaze by unknown means.

PINKNEYS GREEN/ FURZE PLATT:
Westfield Road; Vehicle was left insecure.
