Crime: 10 May 2010

Burglaries:
08/05/10 - Lower Road, Cookham; Offenders have gained entry through an incomplete roof extension and stolen tools.
08/05/10 - School Lane, Littlewick Green; offenders have stolen lead from a roof.

Car crime:
07/05/10 - Clare Road, Boyn hill, Boyn Valley Road and Bardney close; Offenders have gained entry to vehicles by damaging the door locks on the drivers side and stolen a CD player, Ipod and sat nav.
07/05/10 - Curls Lane; Offenders have smashed the drivers side window and stolen a sat nav.
08/05/10 - Sylvester Road, Radcot Close, Shifford Crescent, Hungerford Drive Greenleys and Oaken Grove; Offenders have gained entry to vehicles from insecure doors and smashing windows. Laptop, Ipod, CD player, sunglasses and childrens toys stolen.
10/05/10 - Cannock Close; Offenders have gained entry to a vehicle by an insecure door and stolen a handbag.

From looking at all of the above it is clear to see that most of the cars targeted had left items in them; easy pickings for our opportunist thieves!! Please leave your cars locked and empty, if you HAVE to leave things in the car, put them in the boot before you reach your end destination.
