Not
a bad end to the week. We have several leads that are being followed up by
our detectives relating to current crimes as a result of calls from the
public keep them coming in !
CRIME:
BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS & LITTLEWICK GREEN:
28/7 29/7 Bigfrith Lane. Copper stolen from house being re-furbished.
BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
NO CRIME
TO REPORT.
RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:
30/7 3.55 a.m. Vamoose Burglary. Owner awoke to see their Bentley being
driven down the road., then realised they had been burgled. Entry possibly
through front door only the car keys were stolen. The car was fitted
with a Tracker system and was found abandoned in The Myrke, Slough. A
witness saw it being parked up and a person running to a Vauxhall Astra
and driving off. The witness took an index number and that car has been
recovered for forensics ! We are very grateful to that witness. They saw
something suspicious and did something about it even writing down the
cars index. I hope we would all do that.
29/7 30/7 Ellington Park. Blue VW Passat index R 776 KDG stolen from
the driveway. The owner believes the keys may have been stolen during an
evening out, as there is no evidence of a break-in to the house.
INNER MAIDENHEAD:
24/7 28/7 King Street. Bike stolen from the station.
OLDFIELD & BRAY:
29/7 early hours. Hibbert Road. House egged.
PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:
NO CRIME
