Still suffering burglaries through insecure doors and windows ! Can you please remind everyone you know , work with or related to to lock their doors and windows when they go to bed at night !

CRIME:
BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS & LITTLEWICK GREEN:

29/7 10.20 p.m. Bisham By Pass – car found burnt out.
31/7 – 1/8 New Road. Shed break – window pane removed – power tools stolen.
30/7 5.30 a.m. Alleyn’s Lane X 2, Cookham Dean. Insecure shed broken into – power tools stolen. Shed break – nothing stolen.
30/7 – 1/8 Hurley Lane. Lead stolen from a house being renovated.
25/6 – 31/7 Gibraltar Lane. Petrol can stolen from a boat.

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
23/7 – 30/7 Breadcroft Lane – attempted garage break – no entry gained.
1/8 - 2/8 Highfield Road. Trims stolen from a car

RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:
29/7 – 30/7 Lower Cookham Road. Shed break – bike stolen.
30/7 – 31/7 Colliers Close. 2 car tyres punctured.
27/7 – 29/7 Elm Grove. Old style radiator stolen from garden.
29/7 – 30/7 Islet Road. Vamoose Burglary. House entered by unknown means – wallet, golf equipment, clothes, tools, SAT NAV, mobile phone, keys and a grey Volvo V70 index AJ 09 THE stolen.

INNER MAIDENHEAD:
30/7 Early hours. Grenfell Road. Burglary through insecure first floor window – TV stolen from a bedroom.
31/7 4.30 – 5.30 Nicholsons Centre – bike stolen.

OLDFIELD & BRAY:
2/8 Midnight – 3 a.m. Chauntry Road. Burglary via insecure door – Headphones, laptop, credit cards, handbag, keys & sunglasses stolen. The back door had been left open for the family dog. The police received a call from a company nearby whose security department had seen 3 lads walking up the road acting suspiciously, returning a little while later out of the bridge near Oldfield Road – one wearing gloves, the other with his hoody up. The police attended immediately and carried out an area search. The lads were not located, but a lot of the property from the burglary was found over the fence under the bridge.
31/7 – 1/8 Cresswells Mead. Car keyed.
31/7 2 – 5 p.m. Monkey Island Lane. Thieves entered 2 caravans which had been left insecure – 3 mobile phones, a wallet and camera stolen.
