Crime:
3 August 2010
2 things:
Crime as you can see from messages is well down. The
crime we are suffering appears to be low level petty crime - obviously
opportunists, who are out and about, scavenging for whatever they can
find. Those people must stand out, when out and about in our communities.
If you see anyone who is out of place, just draws your attention – just
make the call and let us decide if the behaviour is worth investigating.
We are though suffering from shed / garage breaks around our rural areas.
Can everyone that lives in those villages pay particular attention to
‘suspicious’ behaviour. Report it – it may protect you ! 0845 8 505
505
Secondly, we have sent out over 2,000 bike marking kits together with the
registration forms we need back – the LYCRAAAAH forms.
If you have had these, Ken is sitting here waiting for them to be emailed
back, to add them to the database – ken.revell@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk
The form requires a digital photo of the bike for our records. Please do
not embed it in the document, but send it as an attachment, so that Ken
can store it where he needs to. Removing them from a document is proving
difficult.
