Still insecure rear house doors and cars
left unlocked I will say no more.
CRIME:
BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS & LITTLEWICK GREEN:
3/8 4/8 Shergold Way. Burglary through insecure rear door handbag
stolen.
BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
3/8 5 a.m. Loosen Drive X 2. Insecure car broken into IPOD lead, hands
free kit, sunglasses cleaning cloth and window wipes stolen. 2nd car left
insecure car searched. 2 offenders. One stayed at the rear of the car
keeping watch. The owner disturbed and challenged them and they
immediately made off. We have a description:
1. white lad, teenager, dark mottled grey hoody - pulled up and tracksuit
bottoms.
2. white lad, teenager, black or navy blue hoody pulled up and
tracksuit bottoms
They ran off towards the alley at the bottom of the road. The police
attended immediately and carried out an area search, but the offenders
were not located. Do these 2 ring any bells with you ?
2/8 3/8 Lillibrooke Crescent X 2. Car drivers door lock forced
cash, torch, and radio stolen. car drivers door lock forced car
searched but nothing stolen.
3/8 Afternoon. Lowbrook Drive X 2. Car broken into by unknown means
CDs, IPOD case & STA NAV stolen. neighbour reports another car broken
into, but no further details at this time.
RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:
3/8 Afternoon. All Saints Avenue. Burglary through forced side window
jewellery and bank card stolen.
You know the message no jewellery
left anywhere it would take a thief less than 5 minutes to find that
means not on a dressing table, nor in bedside cabinets. You know your
house best. Please do not make it easy you will not get it back or
have a second chance unless you have an alarm and make sure it is set
!!!
Not at all bad but the amount of crime could have been halved if the
owners had locked their cars and back doors not a lot to ask !
