Crime: 11 March 2011

A REALLY GOOD END TO THE WEEK. THE TRAPS ARE FULL AND MANY OF OUR PROLIFIC OFFENDERS HAVE BEEN REMANDED AND ARE GOING BEFORE THE COURTS. HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL BE REMANDED INTO CUSTODY. THE CRIME IN THE LAST 24 HOURS REFLECTS THE EXCELLENT WORK CARRIED OUT BY OUR POLICING TEAMS WORKING TOGETHER.

PCSO Dave Bullock from the Windsor Town Centre Neighbourhood asked if I could re-circulate the description of a pedal cycle that was recently stolen in the town. It was taken from the green at the rear of Gardner Cottages on Vansittart Road some time between 18:00 on 02/03/2011 and 08:00 on 03/03/2011. This bike is very distinctive, as it is a custom made adult Tricycle which has been modified for a disabled rider. It is black in colour and has several Selecta DNA stickers on it. The make is Pashley. If you see this or a similar tricycle around being ridden by anyone who does not seem appropriate – please phone the PEC.
