CRIME:
BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS, LITTLEWICK GREEN & KNOWL HILL:

29/8 Monday4.40 a.m. Quarrywood Road. Police out on patrol found a car with its window smashed.
29/8 Monday 3.30 a.m. Bisham Village. The owner heard the loud exhaust of a car pull up outside his house. Then he heard the sound of a car window being put in, followed by the screech of tyres as the car pulled away. He went to investigate and found his car window smashed and a jacket he had left in the car searched.
29/8 Monday early hours Cookham Dean, cars had their rear windscreen smashed in Pope’s Lane X 5, Winter Hill, King’s Lane X 2 and Church Road.
29/8 Monday 2.45 a.m. Littlefield Green. Attempted garage break – alarm sounded and thief made off.
29/8 – 30/8 Monday 5.30 p.m. / Tuesday 2.10 a.m. The Street. A silver Volvo S 40, index RE 59 MLY stolen from the road.

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
27/8 Saturday Dunwood Court, Boyn Valley Road. Wall sprayed with graffiti and drugs paraphernalia found nearby. If you find needles, rizla papers, small pieces of foil with burn marks, these must be reported to the police. Needles must never be picked up and disposed of in waste bags. Always phone the Borough Environmental Services Team. If they cannot come immediately, please cover the items with a dustbin lid or other item until they can be recovered.
26/8 Friday 12 noon Boyn Hill Avenue. A witness saw a lad enter the site. The police were called and attended immediately. A containment was put on, the lad located and arrested. Stolen items were recovered along with a pile of copper stacked up ready to be removed.

23/8 – 29/8 Lambourne Drive. Attempted shed break, the window had been removed – nothing stolen.
28/8 Sunday 1.50 a.m. Business on the Woodlands Business Park. Burglary through front door – premises searched, but nothing stolen.

RIVERSIDE & BELMONT:

No crime to report.

INNER MAIDENHEAD:
27/8 Saturday High Street. 12.45 lunchtime. A lad went back to his bike, which he had left chained up. A man was there with bolt croppers attempting to cut the chain. When the owner challenged him, the man said he was merely taking the bike because the owner owed him money. He then made off. He is described as white, 6’, about 30, blond, wearing a grey hoody with the hood up.
25/8 – 27/8 Homeside Close. A Jaguar S type stolen from outside a house – It was later recovered after the thieves decamped in Harrow Lane, Maidenhead.

OLDFIELD & BRAY:
29/8 Monday 12.30 lunchtime / 2 p.m. High Street, Bray. Car window smashed – bag stolen. Often the thief will search the bag, take what they want and discard the bag. If you find discarded items, please contact us, we will arrange to collect them.
27/8 Saturday 1 p.m. The Causeway. A witness saw 2 lads break into a car then ride off on bikes.
26/8 Friday 8 p.m. / 9.45 p.m. Monkey Island Lane X 2. Car passenger window smashed – pair of shoes in a bag stolen from under the seat along with a set of IPOD headphones.. Car passenger window smashed – camera equipment stolen.

PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:
19/8 – 27/8 Sylvester Road. Burglary – Rear utility window unlocked – games console and games, jewellery, DVDs & rucksack stolen.
20/8 – 27/8 Lancaster Road. Sky cables to house cut.
