29/6 – 30/6  Friday 11 p.m. / Saturday 8 a.m.   Cockmarsh.  Thieves possibly approached via the river, to a boat moored up.  The cut then padlocks securing the outboard, which was stolen.

30/6 – 1/7  Saturday 9 p.m. / Sunday 0.30  a.m.   High Town Road .  Burglary.  People at home walking about heard noises but thought it was each other.  They then found the back gate open and the house searched – IPOD, laptop, credit cards, jewellery, watches, purse and contents, house keys & camera stolen.

29/6 – 30/6  Friday noon / Saturday 6.50 a.m.   Bath Road .  Graffiti sprayed in the underpass.

30/6  Saturday 4.45 a.m.   Penshurst Road .  Burglary – repeat victim from last week when house keys were stolen.  The owner heard noises and went to investigate.  The saw the offender kneeling down behind the back door trying the stolen keys in the lock.  The offender looked up and then immediately made off, jumping over a fence into the alley behind.  The owner found a ladder in the lane behind the fence.

30/6  Saturday 8 p.m.   Evenlode.  Kids went through the building kicking front doors.

30/6  Saturday 3.30 a.m.   Ray Mead Road .  Attempted Burglary.  Offenders entered side gate to garden and tried to break into the rear of the property.  A neighbour was awoken by the noise and looked out.  They then heard a window being smashed.  They saw two men and tapped on the window.  The men immediately made off.

29/6  Friday 5 p.m.   Battlemead Close.  Burglary via forced rear patio doors.  Untidy search – jewellery stolen

1/7 – 2/7  Sunday 3 p.m. – Monday 8.30 a.m.   Market Street.  Car passenger window smashed – Child car seat stolen.

1/7  Sunday 11 a.m. / 11 p.m.   Station Approach, King Street .  Lock and bike stolen from a bike rack outside the station.

30/6 – 1/7  Saturday 9.30 p.m. / Sunday 0.05  Leisure Centre.  Lock and bike stolen from a bike rack outside.

30/6  Saturday 6.15 p.m.   Medical Centre, Broadway.  CCTV shows a white sprinter van pulling up outside and gained access to a secured compound.  Offender 1 wheeled a cement mixer to the van.  They then broke into outbuildings and stole a router, industrial vacuum cleaner and a jig saw setup.  They are described as:

1.      White, wearing a red and white striped polo shirt, dark trousers / jeans and sunglasses.  Short dark hair, mid to late 30s, possibly 5’10’’.

2.      6’ plus, medium to large build, balding, wearing a grey hoody and dark trousers.

29/6  Friday  1 a.m.  Scrap dealership, Forlease Drive .  2 men caught on CCTV stealing a copper cylinder from the site.  They may have left via Grassy lane as the tanks was rolled that way – did you see anything ?

20/6 – 30/6  Hibbert Road .  Car driver’s lock forced causing considerable damage – music cassettes stolen.
