COMMENTS: The
fruit tree saga continues !!! Hi
Jeff, We've
just returned from a week's holiday and were planning to pick all the
pears from our tree growing against the house wall facing the gate, only
to find that every single fruit had been picked. No trace of debris
or anything else under the tree, which seems to eliminate squirrels etc.
So, we think someone may have helped themselves. We have a large
garden, very open, but someone would either have had to climb the tree, or
use a ladder, no other sign of burglary or attempted entry. It seems
a minor incident, but maybe others have experienced similar. Cookham
