2.         TO APPROVE THE AUDITED FIGURES FOR THE YEAR 03-04:

A draft copy of the audited accounts were circulated to Councillors prior to the meeting. The Chairman made a small alteration to Page 5 by putting an extra £3,000 in to the Reserves towards Office Maintenance. This increased the Reserve Fund to £11,000 and reduced the General Fund by £3,000 to £55,742.32. On Page 7 of the audited accounts, the Chairman added the Dell Laptop computer purchased in 2001 to the Fixed Asset Register valued at £1104. He also deleted the noticeboard outside Elizabeth House as this had now been formally donated to them and the circular rondel noticeboard outside Cookham Station because it belongs to the Cookham Society.

Cllr Woodbridge proposed to accept and present these accounts to the Full Council before despatch to Hacker Young, the auditors. This was seconded by Cllr Prichard. Cllr Prichard congratulated internal auditor, Mr Mike Singh and the Clerk for their work on producing this document.

The meeting was adjourned at 7.40pm to allow the Planning Meeting and the Extra Ordinary Council Meeting to take place.
