At the recent Telecoms Forum it was noted that although the Companies are encouraged to discuss potential sites with residents, finding the sites was down to them.

9.            CHAIRMAN’S SUBMISSIONS: The Chairman mentioned the story in the Maidenhead Advertiser about Channel Four being asked not the film the War Memorial at Cookham Dean by the National Trust. The Clerk was asked to write to the Trust to remind them that the upkeep and maintenance of the War Memorial was paid by the Parish Council and the TV company should have been advised to ask us for permission to film. The next Parish Conference is on 19th January 2006 and the deadline for items is 4th January 2006. Some emails from Liz Kwantes were read out regarding the Youth Drop in Days on Monday evenings and the Rural Conference which invited Cllr Prichard at short notice.
