Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 5th June 2007 commencing at 7.30 pm

Also present:            Nick Meakin (Maidenhead Advertiser) and two members of public.

OPEN FORUM: A member of the audience spoke about the criminal damage to a number of cars parked at the Station at the weekend. She spoke of a number of ideas to combat the this type of crime including hiring a private security firm at £10.50 per hour. She asked for the Parish Council to support this initiative and encourage residents to sign up. The Chairman said that the item would be tabled at a future meeting for discussion.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Cllr John Stretton gave apologies for Cllr Hewitt. Cllr Stretton also declared an interest as member of the Borough Planning Panel and reserved the right to change his mind at a later time. Cllr Piercey declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 07/00369. Cllr Woodbridge declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 07/01349.
