OPEN FORUM Martin Coker spoke from the gallery about a booklet advertising the Twyford to Henley branch service known as the “Regatta Line”. The leaflet was a joint initiative by Oxford County Council, South Oxfordshire District Council, Wokingham Borough Council, River Thames Society and Thames Path National Trail with support from First Great Western. The Clerk was asked to see if interested parties in our area would be willing to support a similar leaflet advertising the Maidenhead to Marlow line – “the Marlow Donkey”. Martin Coker also spoke about the delay in the traffic lights phasing over Cookham Bridge. A delay of seventeen seconds to allow cyclists to cross the bridge was too long for waiting motorists and allowed the traffic to build up.

Mr Patrick Noone of Dean Farm spoke about his plans due to be discussed tonight. Marilyn Polan from 3 Alandale Cottages, Station Road spoke against the latest application for 1, Alandale Cottages. Several residents from this road said that the parking was impossible and there were worries about drainage in the road.
