OPEN FORUM Mr Bill Forbes spoke in support of his planning application no. 07/02746. He said that although his recent application for a rear extension had been successful, it would not give them the room they wanted. This new application represented a total increase in the footprint of 44% and he reassured the Council that he wished to preserve the unique character of this cottage. PC de Haan spoke to inform the Council of the first Neighbourhood Watch Group meeting (NAG) due on Thursday 15th November. He asked for attendance from the Parish Council. Cllr Coker volunteered to attend as long as work commitments allowed. He asked for a second volunteer to cover for him but was unsuccessful.

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs Fry, Hewitt and Harris. There was only one Declaration from Cllr John Stretton who declared an interest as a Borough Councillor and a member of the Planning Committee. He reserved the right to change his mind at a later stage.
