Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 8th January 2008 commencing at 8.30pm

OPEN FORUM: Due to the presentation of the Cookham Parish Plan, the Open Forum will be listed in the Minutes of the Full Council Meeting. There were no members of the public to speak on planning matters.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs Barnes; Brockwell; Hewitt and Jean Stretton. Cllr John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the Borough Planning Panel and reserved the right to change his mind at a later date. Cllr Woodbridge declared a prejudicial interest in Pln Appn 07/03299. Cllr M. Coker declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 07/03254 as a member of the Maidenhead District Housing Association Committee.

The Minutes of the Emergency Planning Meeting held on 10th December 2007 was passed with no amendments.
