3.                  CHAIRMANS SUBMISSIONS:  The Chairman asked the Council’s permission to bring forward the date of the Annual Parish Meeting. It had been set for Tuesday 25th March but this was immediately after the Easter holiday when many people will be on holiday. The Chairman proposed that the date be set for Tuesday 11th March 2008. He also said that the main topic for the Annual Parish Meeting would be The Cookham Plan. Due to the large numbers expected to attend this event, it was felt advisable to book a different venue such as Pinder Hall. The Community Room is only insured for a maximum of fifty people. The Councillors agreed to bring the date forward.

The Chairman also discussed taking the opportunity of thanking all those who had worked on the Cookham Plan by inviting them to a small drinks reception. This would also be a good opportunity to invite working group members to keep their research and any ideas that had not been developed for this plan available for consideration next time.

The Meeting closed at 8.35pm.
