OPEN FORUM: The Chairman opened the meeting by welcoming Cllrs R. Kellaway and MJ Saunders as our Ward Councillors at RBWM. Mr Ricardo spoke from the gallery to complain that his request for the consultation on Heathrow Runway 3 to be included on tonight’s agenda had been refused. He said that although the Clerk had not been sent any specific papers, she had received papers and a web site address on which to find the information. The Clerk replied that at the time of his request, she had only been sent a pdf map of the proposed flight paths and an email from Cllr M. Beer with his personal response. On consultation with the Chairman, it was agreed that although the Heathrow consultation was one of importance, the Parish Office did not have enough information at that point to include the item. Cllr Cubley from the gallery then requested permission to speak. She was speaking on behalf of CPRE and Bisham Parish Council. She expressed concern that Cookham Councillors had not been furnished with any papers regarding this same consultation. She said that Bisham Parish Council had circulated papers weeks ago and she urged Cookham Parish Council to find the time to look into the expansion at Heathrow Airport.
