OPEN
FORUM
The Chairman opened the meeting by advising some residents in the public
gallery that this was a normal Council meeting. The Traffic and Transport
volunteers would be formally approved in the Full Council meeting but it
was not envisaged that any other details of their work would be discussed
tonight. The Chairman stated that all were welcome to stay but could not
speak once the meeting commenced.
