Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 20th May 2008 commencing at 7.30 pm

OPEN FORUM – Cllr Ricardo spoke from the gallery about the amended application 08/00207. He was concerned that the delays to this project could jeopardise funding of almost 1 million pounds to complete the works. He called on Cookham Parish Council to support this application and encourage a swift decision from the RBWM planning department.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs John and Jean Stretton; M. Kellaway; D. Fry and the Clerk who were all attending the Mayor-making Ceremony at the Town Hall. Cllr Wellman declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 08/01077. Cllr Ricardo declared a prejudicial interest in 08/00207.

The Chairman asked permission to move Pln Appns 08/01084 and 08/01085 to the front of the agenda.
