Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 5th August 2008 commencing at 7.30 pm

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs Barnes and Kellaway. Cllr John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the Maidenhead Development Control panel and reserved the right to change his mind at a later stage. Cllr Harris declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 08/01758 and Cllr Wellman declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 08/01719.
