The Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on 5th August 2008 were circulated and approved with no amendments. Cllr Hewer queried the inclusion of 106 monies to go towards CCTV on the Alfred Major Recreation Ground for Pln Appn 08/01735. The Clerk replied that seating is not on the list of approved projects for 106 monies and she therefore referred to the previous 106 request for this same property. (The Clerk later remembered that she was on holiday for this Planning Meeting and had been unable to advise the Council.) Cllr Hewer requested a list of the approved projects. The Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on 19th August 2008 were circulated and approved with one amendment. On Page 677, Mr Cranford’s name should have been recorded as Mr Crawforth.

The meeting closed at 8.00pm.
