Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 2nd December 2008 commencing at 7.30 pm

OPEN FORUM – The Chairman asked permission of the Council to bring item 8 forward from the Full Council agenda. This item is minuted in the Full Council Minutes. There was no further submissions for the Open Forum prior to the commencement of the Planning Meeting.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: Apologies were received from Cllrs Barnes, Innes, Harris and John Stretton. Cllr Fry declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 08/02837. Cllr Kellaway declared a personal interest in Pln Appn 08/02790.
