2.                  To discuss the accounts for the 2009-2010 financial year – see attached figures.

3.                  To discuss the budget for the 2010-2011 financial year and possible precept request.

4.                  To recommend the new equipment for the Parish Office to accommodate “e-planning”.

5.                  To confirm the prices for installation of the new bins for Odney Common.

6.                  To agree a response to a letter concerning leaves in the garden of Windyridge, High Road, Cookham Rise – see attached letter.
