            You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Cookham Parish Council to be held in the Community Room on Tuesday, 3rd November 2009 commencing at 7.30pm sharp.  Open Forum will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee (for which a separate agenda is attached) and then by a meeting of the Full Council.

11.       To consider the email from Liz Kwantes concerning improvements to the planted area in Station Parade – see attached email.

12.       To confirm the Parish Council representatives on the Parishes Flood Liaison Group and the sum of £25 for membership.

13.       To consider the request from Tania Wetherall for a bench on the Alfred Major Recreation Ground in memory of Elaine Corrigan – see attached letter.
