            You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Cookham Parish Council to be held in the Community Room on Tuesday, 1st December 2009 commencing at 7.30pm sharp.  Open Forum will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Committee (for which a separate agenda is attached) and then by a meeting of the Full Council.

8.         To consider the quotes on planting a hedge around the Cookham Rise Allotment – prices and quotes to be circulated at the meeting.

 

9.         To consider the impact of the railway communications mast on Maidenhead Road and whether to request that the mast is painted green – see paperwork attached.

 

10.       Up-date on the DALC flooding meeting in Windsor on 24 November.

 

11.       To nominate a Councillor to represent the Parish Council on the Environmental Committee of the Cookham Society.

 

12.       To nominate a Councillor to take the place of Cllr Ricardo on the Flooding Working Group.

 

13.       To approve new fire-proof bins for Odney Common – details at meeting.
