Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 2nd June 2009 commencing at 7.30 pm

 

PRESENT:       Cllr D. Fry (Chairman),

Cllrs M. Brar, P. Brockwell, M. Coker, G. Harris, F. Hewer, M. Innes,

M. L. Kellaway, D. Ricardo, Jean Stretton, H. J. Woodbridge and

M. Wellman.

 

ALSO PRESENT: Two members of the public, PC Marc Chapman and PCSO Dianne Wright.

OPEN FORUM – Two members of the public were attending to listen to the Parish Meeting.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:  Apologies were received from Cllrs Barnes and Piercey. Cllr John Stretton was at the Town Hall on RBWM business. There were no Declarations of Interest.

Cookham Parish Council chose only to comment as follows: CPC has serious concerns that granting a Certificate of Lawfulness may avoid flood risk issues. Dane’s Manor is situated in a high risk flood area. Any increase in footprint or volume to this property would place increased risk for emergency services and those living in this area.

VOTE: IN FAVOUR OF THE ABOVE STATEMENT = 11, ABSTENTION = 1.

On Page 813, Cllr M-L Kellaway was attending the Patients Participation event and not the Mayor Making Ceremony.
